Management

Mr. Greenman has created and managed the sales and customer relationship management processes since he co-founded Mercury in 1999. His passion for emerging technology and thinking outside the box helps energize the team to come to creative solutions for Mercury customers. He has overseen Mercury's infrastructure growth to support a company of 100 employees. Previously, Mr. Greenman spent 5 years designing and overseeing the deployment of document imaging and business process workflow software. As Director of Software Product Development at Precision Practice Management, he designed an enterprise workflow application that dramatically increased employee productivity and increased company performance on key industry metrics. An avid diver, Mr. Greenman looks forward to adding diving with hammerheads and whale sharks in the Galapagos to his list of achievements that includes diving the Great Barrier Reef and a shark feeding dive in the Bahamas.

Mr. Shamarov manages the day-to-day operations of Mercury's production offices. This includes developing HR policy and legal compliance, hiring key employees and implementing IP protection best-practices. He works with department heads to successfully implement our custom-developed business process improvement tools and collects feedback for future improvement. Before co-founding Mercury Development, he managed several multi-million ERP implementations in the chemical and electricity generation industries. Mr. Shamarov holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics. In his free time, he enjoys reading history and playing XBox Kinect with his son.

Mr. Devereaux manages the sales process from initial engagement through development. In addition, he oversees the day-to-day financial operations of the company and supports Mr. Greenman in other business development and infrastructure enhancement areas. Prior to his work with Mercury Development, Mr. Devereaux worked as the Budget Manager for the City of Cleveland, Ohio, where he oversaw the City's $1.2 billion annual operating budget. Mr. Devereaux has also served in several different Finance/Budgeting positions with St. Louis University and Wellpoint, Inc. Rob works out of Mercury Development's Cleveland office.
