Project Managers - Each PM has more than 5 years of experience in software analysis, design and development. At a minimum, our PM's manage the technical contact with the client to guarantee efficient communication and knowledge transfer. Often, our PM's will participate in requirements analysis, software architecture and team supervision and assistance. These exceptional individuals add enormous value and help ensure that your project is completed on time and under budget.
Software Architects - Our software architects bring multi-platform expertise to our project teams, and ensure that the client's business requirements are the driving force in the solution provided. They focus on designing efficient, scalable applications, that deliver both business results, as well as highly maintainable, well performing code. Our software architects have gone through extensive training to reach their high level of proficiency and hold multiple industry certifications.
Developers - Our staff of 60 developers allows us to assemble teams individually for each project, matching the project's needs with the skill set of our staff. Our developers each are well-educated and have between 2 and 10 years of experience. Between our commitment to continued education and the knowledge we gain by continuing to work on a diverse list of research-oriented projects, our developers are among the most qualified in the industry.
Mercury provides services in a wide range of platforms, and we have a solid track record in each of these platforms. In Microsoft ecosystem, a common objective measurement of skills is Microsoft certification. Eighty percent of our Windows engineers have achieved at least the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) credential, with a growing number of employees who have achieved Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD).
